Across all continents and cultures, we grow up with a certain set of beliefs that we hold to be true. These beliefs shape our lives and seem to be set in stone. Some of these beliefs can be very limiting and lead to many of the negative emotions we feel. You might be struggling with anger issues or depression. These limiting beliefs also lead to low self-confidence and we often don’t perform to the best of our abilities.

In your individual session, we will agree on your goals. We will deal with what is affecting you here and now. Once your goal is established, I will guide you through the process of eliminating the limiting beliefs and healing trauma that is preventing you from being your free, powerful, confident, authentic self.

Sessions are 60 minutes in length and take place over Zoom. All information you share with us is confidential.
